TwoEco, Inc. has been collaborating with the principals and staff of CONCEP, Inc. in devising design strategies and interventions in three separate projects: once each for Tacloban City, Samar Province, and Eastern Samar Province, spanning a total of 21 sites damaged or destroyed by Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan).
Our interventions involve physical development recommendations, ranging from better visitor centers, access facilities, trails, and signs, as well as disaster risk assessments for these sites and recommendations to manage those risks. We also proposed site management strategies to enhance community involvement, environmental management, and safety for its users.
