TwoEco has been engaged by the Municipality of Bolinao in Pangasinan to prepare its tourism development plan, and tourism site development plans.
Bolinao has a long stretch of underdeveloped white sand beach, and a number of minor attractions in the town proper, including a University of the Philippines research institute working for the conservation of giant clams.
Our work will focus on a regulatory strategy to manage the development of the beachfront in a way that generates substantial investment, employment and income, but will be in keeping with best practices in the country, meeting the challenge of sustainability.
