Drawing on a different skill set within our organization, TwoEco is supporting Mr. Clifford Beek in conducting regulatory and financial analysis for an Asian Development Bank project on improving e-governance services.
Clifford Beek is the President and Chief Executive Officer of StarAsia Technolgies, PTE Ltd. StarAsia is a Singapore based entity, and is leading the development of advanced mobile communications services in Southeast Asia. Formed in 2008, Star Asia Technologies is at the forefront of establishing satellite and cellular communications services within an all IP environment.
